Pay attention to packing seal

We unpack and check each unicycle arriving to Poland; then, each unit is provided with original manufacturer’s seal possessed exclusively by authorized distributors. Manufacturer’s seal guarantees that the product comes from original source and is covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty and full technical support from our company. If there is no seal as shown in the photo, or when it is infringed, the manufacturer’s warranty can be null and void.

Regrettably, King Song electric unicycles from unknown source are sold over the territory of Poland lately. King Song Polska together with the manufacturer, King Song Intelligence Tec Co., LTD., have conducted investigation and confirmed such a cases. According to manufacturer’s assurances it will never happen again. Nevertheless, a limited number of unknown origin units might be still present on the market.
